Polyolester (POE)-Based, Biodegradable (Pw1), 100% Synthetic Compressor Fluids
These state-of-the-art, polyolester (POE) type, 100% synthetic fluids are designed for maximum performance in rotary screw and vane type air compressors. Special advanced POE base esters combined with a multi-charged additive system produce unmatched oxidative stability, enhanced hydrolytic stability and excellent wear and corrosion protection. Potential for fluid drain intervals of +10,000 hours. Readily biodegradable (Meets OECD criteria) >70% biodegradation (Pw1).
NSF/H1 registered (pending), 100% Synthetic Polyglycolester (PGE) Biodegradable Air Compressor Fluid
Syncool FG is targeted for high performance in rotary screw and rotaryvane air compressors where high operating temperatures are present. It is formulated with state of the art additives to enhance its inherent outstanding performance characteristics. Typically, compressors with discharge air temperatures ranging from 210 °F to 240 °F are candidates for Lubriplate Syncool FG. Lubriplate Syncool FG may be recommended against major industry PGE synthetic fluids when the customer or user wants to convert to a NSF/H1 registered food grade fluid. Available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
Eco-Responsible, Polyalkylene Glycol (PAG)-Based, Synthetic Gear, Bearing and Chain Lubricants
These 100% polyalkylene glycol (PAG) lubrication fluids are designed for gearboxes, bearings and chains operating in the most demanding conditions. They provide outstanding thermal stability, excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear performance and protection against micro pitting. They exceed 13 stages of the FZG test. Lubriplate PGO Fluids are free of zinc and other additives that may be undesirable in environmentally sensitive areas. They offer long service life and work well over extended fluid change intervals which conserves resources and helps ease oil waste disposal problems. Available in gallons, 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
Ultimately Biodegradable (Pw1), Low Toxicity (LC-50), Vegetable-Based Oils
LUBRIPLATE Bio-Based Green Hydraulic Fluids are ultimately biodegradable vegetable based formulas that replace mineral oil based hydraulic fluids. They are formulated with a zinc-free additive system to perform in hydraulic systems that require Anti-Wear (AW), anti-rust, anti-oxidation, anti-foam and demulsibility properties. These are for use in hydraulic systems where low toxicity and biodegradability properties are required. They meet ASTM D-5864 (Pw1) U.S. EPA and U.S. Fish and Wildlife requirements (LC50).

Ultimately Biodegradable (Pw1), Vegetable-Based, Universal Tractor Fluid
LUBRIPLATE UTF Biobased Green is a universal tractor fluid that incorporates stabilized additive technology with biodegradable vegetable based stocks. This formulation contains special frictional modifiers for the Wet Brake’s equipment design and is compounded with detergent, dispersant, anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-foam inhibitors. LUBRIPLATE UTF Biobased Green is an ultimately biodegradable (Pw1), multi-grade lubricant that can be used in agricultural, industrial and construction equipment and has proven field performance. Meets or exceeds all of the requirements of John Deere’s Hygard (Specification J20-C); Allison C-3, Cat TO-2 and API GL-4, Low-Speed/High Torque. Available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
Eco-Friendly, Biodegradable, Vegetable-Based, Multi-Purpose Spray Lubricant
An environmentally friendly, biodegradable, bio-based, lubricating oil for general lubrication of hinges, locks, latches, slides, chains, cable, or anywhere metal contacts metal. Ideal for cars, boats, bicycles, garden equipment, guns, tools, office equipment, garage doors, farm equipment and golf courses. Provides a long lasting protective film that prevents friction, wear, rust and corrosion. Excellent moisture displacement properties. Readily biodegradable hydraulic fluids for Vessel General Permit (VGP) applications
BIO-SYNXTREME HF Series are high performance hydraulic fluids designed for demanding industrial and marine (Vessel General Permit) applications requiring environmental sensitivity, water solubility, fire resistance, and excellent anti-wear properties over wide temperature ranges. These Polyalkylene glycol (PAG) based fluids, which are available in three viscosity grades, are anhydrous (water-free).
BIO-SYNXTREME Hydraulic Fluids do not break down to form sludge, and they do no hydrolyze in the presence of water. Furthermore, because of their high viscosity indices and excellent low temperature characteristics, one viscosity grade fluid may replace two or three viscosity grades. BIO-SYNXTREME HF Series are Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL) according to the definitions and requirements of the US EPA 2013 Vessel General Permit, as described in VGP Section 2.2.9 BIO-SYNXTREME Hydraulic Fluids are available in ISO grades 32, 46 and 68. Synthetic cleaning, flushing fluid
HYDROFLUSH is a premium quality, pure synthetic fluid designed to clean and dissolve varnish/deposits found in hydraulic systems containing mineral oils and other synthetic fluids. It is compatible with petroleum/mineral oils as well as all LUBRIPLATE Biosynxtreme HF hydraulic fluids. Contact us for compatibility verification.
HYDROFLUSH is designed for flushing hydraulic systems converting from petroleum/mineral oil to synthetic polyalkylene glycol based hydraulic fluids. The flushing procedure removes the remaining petroleum oil that is unable to be removed by draining alone as well as cleaning the system prior to introducing the new synthetic fluid. HYDROFLUSH is not intended for automotive/diesel applications such as cleaning fuel injectors or crankcases. Available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
Biodegradable, extreme pressure grease
Biobased EP-2 grease is excellent for all slow to medium bearings. It has exceptional high shear stability, excellent water resistance and outstanding load-carrying properties. This product was designed and developed to meet the US EPA 2013 Vessel General Permit (VGP) requirements. Biobased EP-2 grease was designed to outperform conventional products in a variety of applications. It has good oxidative stability and a high level of protection against rust and corrosion. It passed the acute toxicity LC 50 adapted by the US fish and wild life service, and the US EPA. Available in 120 lb. drums and 14.5 oz. grease gn cartridges.
Inherently Biodegradable, Non-Toxic to Aquatic Life (LC-50)
Formulated with premium USP white mineral oils and a zinc free anti-wear additive package, these high-performance hydraulic fluids meet or exceed the performance requirements of most types of hydraulic equipment while providing an additional level of environmental safety. Lubriplate Marine-Safe Hydraulic Oils are non-toxic to aquatic life, exceeding U.S. EPA LC50 and U.S. Fish and Wildlife requirements. These inherently Biodegradable Oils also pass the U.S. Coast Guard Static Sheen Test Requirements. They meet the service requirements of Vickers, Racine, Denison HF-0, HF-2 and Cincinnati Milacron P-68, P-69 and P-70. They offer excellent oxidation stability and extended fluid change intervals.

Heavy-Duty, Zinc-Free, Extended Life, Hydraulic Fluids
Lubriplate ZF Series Hydraulic Fluids are free of zinc or silicone compounds. These heavy-duty, high performance fluids were designed to perform in the most demanding hydraulic applications. They can withstand elevated temperatures and pressures over extended periods thus providing long service life and extended fluid change intervals. They meet the service requirements of Vickers (Eaton) M-2950-S, I-286-S, General Motors LS-2, Bosch Rexroth RE 90 220, Denison HF-0, HF-1, HF-2 and Cincinnati Milacron P-68, P-69 and P-70.
