We accept exchange only for items shipped in error, within 7 business days of the shipping date.
Items ordered in error, or returned for reasons outside of F. Bacon Industriel Inc control are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Statement of liability:
Our liability for breach of all warranties is limited to the replacement of the defective product(s).
Replacement warranty void if products freeze.

Shipping delay:
Delivery is 4 to 6 weeks.

All shipment left our warehouse in perfect condition. Any damage or shortage must be noted on bill of landing for claim against carrier!

Out of stock product:
F-bacon.com cannot guarantee the availability of products offered on the site.
F-bacon.com will never be responsible for any damage you may have suffered due to a stockout.

Products description:
F-bacon.com and its affiliates do everything in their power to ensure the greatest accuracy on the site. However, F-bacon.com cannot guarantee that the description of products or any other content on F-bacon.com is exact, complete, reliable, up to date or error-free.

The prices of our products are in US dollars, with added applicable taxes. F-bacon.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products are always billed on the basis of rates in effect at the time the order was placed.

Risk of loss:
Any purchase through F-bacon.com is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and propriety rights relating to the goods are passed on to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.

F-bacon.com is not responsible for costs incurred after receipt of a damaged or defective item.

Defective or damaged product:
Following receipt of your goods, you have 7 days to contact customer service to report a damaged or defective product. A defective or damaged product is not an exception to our return policy. F-bacon.com will not in any circumstance be responsible for any damage you may suffer due to a defective or damaged item.

You need to contact customer service within 7 days to start the process of returning the articles. The items and their packaging must be complete, unaltered (in their exact original condition). The customer must cover shipping costs for any return of merchandise. The customer must contact customer service (by phone or Email) to provide the tracking number and carrier must ensure adequate merchandise returned because it remains the owner of the items until they are received. After the return service confirms the items are intact (original condition), customer service will issue a credit for the returned items at the original price excluding the shipping fees.

Final sale:
Some of our products are in final sale. They will be specially ordered for you and / or can’t be taken apart once installed. The manufacturer warranty is still available on products. Is the product is defective or damaged, we will send you the parts or replacement for the same product only.

Tracking number:
F-bacon.com will provide a tracking number upon shipment of the goods.

Does F-bacon.com align its prices to the competition?
No, the pricing policies of F-bacon.com are independent of those of its competitors.
